Starting at 2pm Eastern / 11am Pacific today, and lasting for a half hour, the official Twitter account for the upcoming blockbuster movie The Avengers will host a global chat with several members of the movie’s cast, as well as its director, some guy named “Joss Whedon.”
Fans can participate in the chat by tweeting at the official account, @Avengers, or by using the hashtag #Avengers. You (and all the other thousands of people who tune in) will be able to chat with Whedon, as well as Samuel L. Jackson (who plays Nick Fury), Tom Hiddleston (Loki) and Clark Gregg (Agent Coulson). The chat will be moderated by Marvel’s Ryan Penagos, who tweets at @Agent_M.
Participants will be able to see 10 seconds of the 30-second Super Bowl ad for the movie, and will also be able to answer trivia questions related to the film to win prizes.
