If the doctor had an iPad, what would he use to prtect it? I think it would have to be something like one of these iPad 2 Duct Tape Magnetic Jackets from CoreGeek. It looks pretty cool with great features including an integrated sleep/wake function, magnetic insert and removal, magnetic clasp , felt lining. According to CoreGeek, they wanted to develop some thing that was slim, protected both sides of the iPad, but allowed easy removal.

This is a one of a kind Doctor Who inspired design that will not be reproduced so it is literally the only one in existence. For those who also choose to support the Kickstarter project, I will reimburse you your pledge money if the project gets fully funded and you happen to win this and don’t want both. Personally I think it would awesome to rock this and the TARDIS design. Periodically switch between the two and really let your Whovian flag fly!

The contest is part of CoreGeeks KickSarter campaign to raise $2000 so that they can start full production. With a little less than two weeks left, they still have a ways to go. The minimum contribution is $1, but with pledges of $40, $45, or $60, you can preorder a case, and an $80 pledge you can get a custom made case.
