Hey Ferb, I know what we are going to do today… Watch a movie starring us!
I am lucky enough to be a Verizon customer and have had access to Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension before it premieres on the Disney Channel and ABC Family Channel tonight at 8/7c PM. It is scheduled to premiere on Disney XD on August 13th and Disney XD Canada on August 20th.
For those of you that are already fans of Phineas and Ferb, you won’t be disappointed at all. Phineas and Ferb are finish up their summer of crazy antics with their greatest adventure yet by celebrating the 5th anniversary of getting their pet platypus Perry. You and your kids will be dazzled with over an hour of non-stop excitement.
So pop some popcorn, curl up on the couch as a family and enjoy!

Phineas and Ferb have created a massive game of platypus badminton to celebrate Perry’s fifth anniversary with the family. After being launched in the air, their shuttle cock crashes into Doofenshmirtz’s penthouse apartment and destroy his latest “-inator”
Phineas and Ferb then help Doofenshmirtz to re-build his “otherdimensionator” and even improve the design a bit so that it actually works! Agent P shows up but when he sees that Phineas and Ferb are there, he reverts to plain old Perry and doesn’t stop Doof from creating the portal. (Perry must keep his identity hidden from his host family or he will be reassigned and never see them again.)
On the other side of the portal, Doofenshmirtz second dimension(2D) counterpart has taken control of the tri-state area, turned 2D Agent P into a platyborg and become a dictator with an army of Norm robots. When 2D Doof finds out that he can enslave yet another dimension using the “Otherdimensionator” he jumps at the chance.
After escaping 2D Doof’s guards, Phineas and Ferb meet their rather boring 2D counterparts. They remind them what it means to have adventures and also learn the true identity of their Perry as Agent P. 2D Candace is the head of the Doofenshmirtz resistance movement with only one goal, to keep her brothers safe. (Much different from the regular Candace, who tries to bust her brothers.) In his attempt to save Phineas and Ferb, Agent P turns himself in.
The rest of the story is their quest to save Perry and return to their own dimension with a lot of help from their 2D counterparts. When they return home everyone has a big decision to make, remember the greatest adventure ever or keep Perry as a pet. What they choose might surprise you!
