The Coolest Kids’ Choir Around Sings “Still Alive”

I spent Tuesday afternoon listening to my kids shouting back and forth between their rooms and chortling. Turns out they had each downloaded Portal 2 to their respective computers and were comparing notes. (They didn’t have to fake a sick day to get a jump start on the game, but they did have to finish their homeschool work.)

In honor of the momentous release of the game — which came a few hours early, thanks to players in a Portal-themed ARGNPR ran a piece which credited Jonathan Coulton‘s song “Still Alive” for some of the original game’s viral popularity. The segment mentioned an elementary school chorus which performed the song. Here they are, The Gifford Children’s Choir of Racine, Wisconsin, singing GLaDOS’ theme, “Still Alive.”
