As part of our introduction to Nannek, we’re holding a giveaway for ten redeem codes for Chore Pad HD (for the iPad). Chore Pad HD is fantastic for helping organize the family chores around the house. It is much more useful than regular chore charts. You can assign chores to specific family members and chart their progress. Chores can be repeated or assigned to any number of people. Use rewards to motivate kids or reluctant housemates! Even if you don’t have a family to organize, Chore Pad HD also works very well in other settings. Roommate situations, classrooms with and without special needs, and even adult home environments can all easily take advantage of this app.

  1. I wonder if this would be more effective than Chore Wars for my younger two. Looks like a great idea! 🙂

  2. how awesome that would for DH and the small.. and I wouldnt forget the paper charts hanging all over the house.

  3. This would be really good for my special needs son– we need a consistent rewards chart, and this just might work!

  4. I’d love to see more chore software/app reviews. Thanks for this one, and thanks to the comment mentioning Chore Wars — will check it out as I do not have an iPad.

  5. This looks like a fun way for kids to think positively about their chores. Love the way ipad is being integrated into “real” life.

  6. This would help with the craziness during the week, when it’s hard to remember from day-to-day what has to get done. Plus, my computer-loving kids might be more motivated to help!

  7. How neat! I really like that it can multi-task the chore tracking for me and gives out little virtual trophies 🙂

  8. this looks awesome! We’ve been working on organizing chore charts (as posted on my blog) mostly using photoshop. I would love to try this, but I only have an ipone, no ipad 🙁

  9. I’m really excited about using this app with my daughter as she gets older. In the mean time, my wife and I use to keep track of our household duties.

  10. I’m excited to give this a try for juggling chores for my family of 5. I do wish there was a desktop companion for it, though!

  11. i think this app looks like a great way to get kid into using a chore chart – around here we’ve used three different charts with varying success
