Behold the results of Lego and Nintendo fan Filip Johannes Felberg‘s two year mission to recreate every character, monster and plant from Shigeru Miyamoto’s classic gardening quest epics, Pikmin
I don’t think I even had the patience to finish the game (or its sequel), let alone have the dedication to build all of these models brick by brick.
Filip says:
It has now been more than 2 years since I started this project, and I can finally say that I have made every single one of the enemies and plants in both of the Pikmin games.
Of course, there are always some things I would like to improve, like the Fiery Bulblax and the Smoky Progg, but I had to stop somewhere.
Overall, I am very happy with the results of this project and it holds a special place in my heart as it is my first LEGO-project I have ever done.
My favorite has to be Captain Olimar himself, although the Onions are pretty good too. Check out the full slideshow below or visit Flilp’s flickr pages.
