Here is where the best-of-the-decade rule became a little problematic. Websites are ever-evolving with new content all the time. So this time, we merely asked our kids where they liked to go the most.

Several sites associated with toys were popular, though not all. When I asked my younger son about Webkinz, he said the stuffed animals are great but the website is not much fun.
