700 Jack O’ Lanterns

Hacking the Holidays

The Kennedy Family from London, Ontario (Canada) hold a yearly Halloween event benefiting the London Food Bank and featuring hundreds of Jack O’ Lanterns. We arrived just as night was falling on the 30th and the home was already visible from blocks away thanks to the 700 carved pumpkins and hundreds of visitors milling about. Kudos to these folks for putting on such a great display, putting up with thousands of people tramping through their yard, allowing students to publicly showcase their skills and giving back to their community. Here’s a link to this year’s photo gallery, along with a few shots with my wife’s camera (I forgot to bring mine).

Have a safe and happy Halloween all!
