I’m going to level with you: I would do terrible, terrible things for a new set of Dwarven Forge miniatures terrain. ‘Til the end of the day, though, I can just buy one, and save $10 in the process.

Yeah, Dungeon Tiles are pretty good, not as bulky and a hell of a lot easier on the wallet, but there’s something about the Dwarven Forge sets that just evokes a sense of nostalgia. When it comes down to it, you’re playing with a geek dollhouse. And I’m fine with that.

If you’re having a hard time getting your offspring to try roleplaying games, nothing gets them to the table like the skillfully sculpted Dwarven Forge tiles. Kids of all ages love these things.

The latest, a limited edition set pre-painted by hand, is being offered for a $10 discount for anyone who pre-orders by the end of the day. If you get three sets, you’ll get a free “Ruined Entrance” piece that matches the new “Realm of the Ancients 2” set perfectly.
