Communicator Cake
Sundays are non-wreck days at the Cake Wrecks blog, and this week was no exception. To celebrate the new Star Trek movie opening this week, Star Trek cakes of the non-wreck variety are being highlighted. Communicator pins, scenes from the bridge, wormholes, uniforms, Klingons and even tribbles are featured.

And to top if off, there is the Star Trek bridge cake made a while ago by Charm City Cakes. This caused great controversy and debate. Visually, the cake is awesome, but people argued about whether Scotty was in the right place, about the uniform color and where is Chekov? And don’t get them started about Uhura.
