I don’t remember this kit being available in the LEGO store.
Actually, this is a picture of a REAL chipmunk. Chris M., aka powerpig on Flickr, apparently has a number of very tame creatures living in his back yard, and delights in taking pictures of them. This one has the most LEGO geek appeal, but check out his whole pool for some more hilarious images like this one:
