The Penultimate Four round in Paul and Storm’s Geek Madness Tournament is nearly over, and Wil Wheaton is losing! Yes, readers, our fellow geek dad and friend of the blog needs your vote and he needs it now to make it to the final round.
As of this writing, Wil is 80 votes behind Gabe & Tycho of Penny Arcade. We at GeekDad love Penny Arcade, please don’t misunderstand, but we feel that Wil is simply a better choice for Secretary of Geek Affairs.
And besides, a final showdown between Wheaton and Whedon (Joss is leading his own character Kaylee by a ton of votes) seems perfect, if very hard to decide.
Vote now and spread the word, because voting on this round closes tomorrow night!
UPDATE: You guys rock! As of 2:02pm EST, Wil is now only behind by five votes. Keep those votes coming, folks—we can do it!
UPDATE 2: …and, six minutes after my last update, Wil has taken the lead by three votes! Don’t get cocky, though—let’s give Wil a comfortable margin of victory!
