It’s never too late for New Year’s resolutions, especially when they have to do with painting miniatures.
Mike Mearls, lead developer for Dungeons and Dragons R&D at Wizards of the Coast and one of the people responsible for bringing us 4E, wants to paint one miniature every week for the whole of 2009. And he wants you to join him.
It can be pretty easy to get complacent, with pre-painted minis being the norm these days, but there’s just something special about putting the finishing touches on your own that makes the whole time consuming process worthwhile.
