Honda’s entry to the Rose Parade this year is in celebration of their 50th year of US Operations. The float will feature a fourty nine foot tall rendition of their famous ASIMO robot. While taller than any other Honda biped, this ASIMO is a little short on the actual robotic parts. Motion appears to be limited to tipping his hat to the crowd. The oversized ASIMO will be covered in finely ground rice, blue statice, and silverleaf. Hats off to Honda for their innovative robotics and continued support of the Rose parade.
