Strange Maps Lays it Out

Internet

I found this on the web a while ago: Strange Maps.

If you ever wanted to see the geographical distribution of cannibalism, which states have the most overweight people, or the floorplan of Sherlock Holmes’s flat at 221B Baker Street, it’s right there.  Strange Maps hosts an eclectic array of maps, from the informative and obscure analytical (Amnesty International’s United Nations of War), to the laughably inaccurate maps of the United States (Err Lingus), to the completely imaginary (Heaven is an Amusement Park that Never Closes).

This is one of the more unusual and unique sites that I’ve seen on the web.  It’s not selling anything.  It’s not promoting an agenda or a candidate.  It’s just posting weird and unusual maps.  Check it out.
