A quick, sad note: Don Herbert, better known as Mr. Wizard, passed away today. Mr. Wizard introduced several generations to science with his televised experiments. Though he hasn’t been in the public eye for some time, his legacy can be found in the many lives touched by his gracious and gentle way. RIP.
