For the new Geek Dads out there.
Starting with your newborn’s first hospital feeding and lasting for about the next 6-7 months, you will want to document what your baby is eating, when they are sleeping, pooping and more. It really helps when you do a handoff or return from your babysitter or partner. (after about 7 months you will be more acclimated to your baby and will slowly get away from entering data into a schedule)
Here is a “Daily Schedule” .pdf which we have evolved over time. I would sit and review it over a cold beer at the end of the day. Sure beats the evening news.
