A very gratifying response to our call for volunteer GeekDads to help contribute to this site. We’ve had more than 50 strong applicants, and I now have the unwelcome duty of trying to winnow that down to about a dozen, looking for geographic and focus diversity as well as simple GeekDad chops.
Here’s the updated Google Maps version. We nicely fleshed out the mid-US further from the last post, at least to the East of the Rockies (we’re already very West heavy). This is going to be a tough selection process–the applications were uniformly excellent.
At this point, I’ll close the call for additional applications. Those of you who have already applied should be hearing from me in the next week. Thanks to all of you!
