Souvenir from Denmark: A Vintage Lego Tree

I just returned home from a short trip to Denmark, the ancestral homeland of all things Lego.  I didn’t make it out to the original Legoland in Billund, alas, but while wandering through a few flea markets in Copenhagen, I noticed a lot of retrodelic vintage Lego sets for sale.  More photos to follow, yet in the meantime, here’s a teaser: A Lego "granulated" tree from early 1970s. No moving parts, no motors, no software… just a lump of fused plastic that still looks modern today.  I bought it for about a dollar.
