GeekDad is mostly about things to do with kids four and up, but it doesn’t hurt to plant the seeds earlier. Here (thanks to Gizmodo) is a slightly impractical, but also totally irresistible, set of wings and a tail that you can put on a spoon to turn it into a plane. $10.50 well spent.
