Dewey Mac, Kid Detective Book

Technology

I love the idea behind Dewey Mac and the Case of the Dog Gone Dog. It’s a science book disguised as a cool and exciting story. Author Michael Carroll ties in some STEM concepts and introduces the reader to projects through the AKA Detective Manual. With over 30 inexpensive and easy projects this book will both entertain and teach kids to be makers.

I met Carroll at World Maker Faire last weekend and his enthusiasm and desire to help our next generation led me to contribute to the project. I’ve embedded the video below, or you can click through to Dewey Mac, Kid Detective Book – Make DIY & STEM Spy Gadgets to see the video, read more, or even pledge some help.
