(Yeah, I suppose it should really be “Komix” if they’re gonna use the acronym CAKE, but what can you do?) I’m unfortunately too far away, but they’ve got a great line-up of guests, including some of my favorites like Jason Shiga, Chris Ware, Lucy Knisley, and Aaron Renier. You can see the full list here.
Just a heads up, if you are not from Chicago visiting the expo. Center on Halsted is in Boy’s town.
Some might be put off by that. It’s a cool little event, so enjoy.
